The acquisition expands Stagwell's media capabilities with Freestar's programmatic advertising expertise

Freestar will further strengthen Stagwell's Owned Media offering as the larger Media and Commerce segment continues to expand its media capabilities and offerings for clients, while Freestar customers will have more direct access to advertisers and tools, providing better outcomes for both the buy and sell side of the market.
