The Albany Gazette - Case IQ Launches Quantum Approvals & Disclosures So Compliance Teams Find Risk Earlier

OTTAWA, ON / ACCESS Newswire / September 28, 2026 / Case IQ, a leading provider of compliance and risk management solutions, today announced the launch of Quantum Approvals & Disclosures, a native AI-powered solution designed to help organizations identify risk earlier, reduce manual effort, and make more consistent, defensible compliance decisions.

In addition to the embedded governed AI capabilities that support employees and compliance reviewers, the solution launches with two ready-to-use AI agents, Submission Support and Risk Spotlight. Employees receive intelligent guidance that helps them submit more complete and accurate information, while compliance teams gain the context needed to prioritize higher-risk activity and proactively engage before potential issues escalate.

The solution supports complex approval and disclosure programs spanning conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, donations and sponsorships, and other risk areas. By bringing submissions, reviews, decisions, and follow-up actions into one intuitive experience, organizations can replace fragmented processes with a more proactive, risk-driven approach.

"There is a lot of AI hype today, and customers need to separate fact from fiction as well as what is available today from what may arrive tomorrow. The real measure of value is whether AI proactively helps compliance teams make better decisions today," said David McNeill, CEO of Case IQ. "Case IQ has been delivering innovative AI capabilities for more than two years, including the introduction of Clairia last year. Quantum Approvals & Disclosures builds on that leadership with intelligence teams can use now versus a future roadmap claim."

Turn Every Submission Into a More Informed Decision

Quantum Approvals & Disclosures combines agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and centralized oversight to help organizations:

• Improve submission quality and reduce follow-up. Guide employees through approvals and disclosures so they can provide more complete, accurate information from the start-reducing incomplete submissions, unnecessary back-and-forth, and manual follow-up.
• Identify higher-risk activity sooner. Surface relevant risk indicators and critical context across submissions so compliance teams can prioritize their reviews, focus resources where they are needed most, and respond before issues escalate.
• Make the process easier for employees. Give employees an intuitive, guided experience for seeking pre-approval or submitting a disclosure, helping them meet compliance requirements with less confusion and friction.
• Manage complex programs at scale. Run annual conflict-of-interest campaigns and targeted disclosure programs across business units, countries, and regulatory environments. Visibility into incomplete submissions and participation gaps helps teams address issues before deadlines are missed.
• Adapt workflows to the risk. Route each submission to the appropriate questions, reviewers, approval steps, or escalation paths based on the information provided. Configurable workflows can evolve with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen oversight and defensibility. Maintain a centralized, auditable record of submissions, conversations, decisions, approvals, and actions. This supports the consistent application of controls and provides compliance teams with organized documentation when auditors, regulators, or leadership ask how a decision was made.

"Compliance teams don't just need a better way to collect and route disclosures. They need the intelligence to understand what each submission means, where attention is required, and how to act with greater speed and confidence," said Matt Kuo, Chief Product Officer at Case IQ. "Quantum Approvals & Disclosures embeds AI-driven guidance and decision support throughout the process to help employees make better decisions, reduce blind spots for compliance teams, and keep people firmly in control of the decisions that matter most."

Quantum Approvals & Disclosures builds on Case IQ's experience supporting sophisticated compliance programs. It combines AI-driven guidance with configurable workflows, centralized program oversight, and complete audit trails to help global organizations manage approvals and disclosures with greater consistency, efficiency, and confidence.
