OuterBox Debuts OBxFrontier: Custom AI Development That Powers Durable Growth for Clients
OuterBox Debuts OBxFrontier: Custom AI Development That Powers Durable Growth for Clients
COPLEY, OH / ACCESS Newswire / September 24, 2026 / OuterBox, a leading performance marketing agency, today announced OBxFrontier, a custom AI development service. OBxFrontier maps a business's specific workflow problems, then builds and integrates AI agents around its existing systems and data. OBxFrontier applies the same process OuterBox used to build OBxOS, the AI operating system it introduced earlier this month to run its own agency, now customized for each client's business.
"OBxOS is what we built to run our own agency, smarter," said Jeff Allen, OuterBox CEO. "OBxFrontier takes that same approach and builds it around your business. It's a one-size-fits-one solution, with everything customized for a specific problem or roadblock."
OuterBox built OBxFrontier around four core principles:
- Problem/solution approach: OBxFrontier starts by mapping the specific workflow costing a business time or accuracy. We then build around your data and systems.
- Model-agnostic by design: OBxFrontier works across Anthropic, OpenAI, Copilot, and Gemini, choosing whichever model fits the problem. Clients aren't locked into one vendor's roadmap.
- Meet clients where they are: Every business carries a different level of AI maturity. OBxFrontier maps where a company stands today and builds toward the next stage, regardless of size or industry.
- People stay in charge: The work that disappears is the searching, copying, and reformatting that was never the real job. What's left is time for judgment, relationships, and the work that grows the business.
"We start with your business problems and build solutions that fit your needs, not a white-labeled AI product pulled off a shelf," said Matt Prater, EVP of Innovation at OuterBox.
OBxFrontier is already live across four industries: steel manufacturing, environmental consulting, medical devices, and industrial fluid handling.
For one steel manufacturer, OuterBox connected a private AI workspace to the company's CRM, accounting system, and email. The team created fourteen preconfigured agents to support sales coaching and analytics.
For an environmental consulting firm, an AI agent now drafts Phase I environmental site assessments, asbestos surveys, and mold assessment proposals directly from structured intake, with real-time preview and inline editing. This team has 4 templates live today and 23 more in development. Real-time dashboards provide reports with tangible, instantly usable results.
The result for both companies is a more efficient team that gets correct answers fast.
"Two different problems, two different industries, the same pattern," said Prater. "Find what's eating a team's time, then build the AI that fixes it."
