The June distribution amount is $0.001967 per calendar day for each issued and outstanding Class A share, Class C share, and Class I share for the period beginning June 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026 (for shareholders who own shares all 30 days in June, the distribution will total approximately $0.059 per share). Based on net asset values per share as of May 29, 2026, the June distribution amount represents an annualized distribution rate of 7.19% for Class A shares, 7.28% for Class C shares, and 7.17% for Class I shares. The distributions will be paid on June 30, 2026 for Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") participants and July 1, 2026 for non-DRIP participants.
