The Albany Gazette - Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq:TRNR) Secures Record $1M+, 480-Unit Wattbike Order from US Distributor, WOODWAY

AUSTIN, TX / ACCESS Newswire / April 23, 2025 / Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq:TRNR) ("TRNR" or the "Company"), maker of innovative specialty fitness equipment under the CLMBR and FORME brands and pending acquirer of Wattbike and Sportstech, today announced it has secured a record order for 480 bikes, comprising the new Air Pro and Atom X models, from the US distributor, Woodway. This order builds on TRNR and Wattbike's momentum from the recently announced Wattbike acquisition and highlights the significant opportunity to accelerate Wattbike's expansion in the US, based on its success in the UK.

This latest order, expected to generate more than $1M in revenue for Wattbike, provides a clear proof point validating TRNR's international acquisitions, and the growth in its product portfolio through the addition of unique and in-demand equipment with strong brands. Wattbike has a stellar global reputation among elite athletes and professional sports teams, health and medical professionals and top gyms. The Company's indoor cycling training platform is arguably the best in the world of its kind for performance training, testing/benchmarking, rehab, injury prevention and low-impact conditioning. Leading gyms, healthcare facilities, universities, and even special forces military operations recognize this - along with many teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Premier League.

By expanding their portfolio of indoor bikes from the elite/commercial arena deeper into consumer market segments and improving their award-winning and free-to-use training app, Wattbike is primed for success not only in its home UK market, but also in premium gyms across the US. The initial order from Woodway, a shared distributor for both companies across certain markets including the US, will help meet US demand.
